Return & Exchange Policy

Buying baby clothes online is a leap of faith. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

OUR PROMISE

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or a refund.

EXCHANGE

Wrong size? Changed your mind about the colour? We're happy to exchange it for another size, or for another product of equal value, subject to availability.

REFUND

If you'd prefer your money back, we'll refund you in full via bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item.

CONDITIONS

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the item must be:

- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition, with all tags still attached
- Returned in its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

WHAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Innerwear, bodysuits worn next to the skin, and socks
- Items that have been washed, worn, altered or damaged after delivery
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Gift cards

IF WE MADE THE MISTAKE

If you receive a wrong, damaged or defective item, message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund including delivery charges — no questions asked, and at no cost to you.

RETURN SHIPPING

- If the fault is ours (wrong or damaged item), we pay the return shipping.
- If you're exchanging for size or preference, the customer covers return shipping. The replacement is delivered to you free of charge.

HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

1. WhatsApp us at 03474555630 within 7 days of delivery
2. Share your order number and a photo of the item
3. We'll confirm your request and share the return address
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange is dispatched or your refund is processed within 5–7 working days

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Once your parcel has left our warehouse, our normal return policy applies.
