Shipping Policy

We know waiting for your little one's clothes is the hardest part — so we ship fast and we keep you updated.

DELIVERY TIME

All orders are dispatched within 1 working day of confirmation. Delivery takes 3–5 working days across Pakistan.

- Islamabad & Rawalpindi — 2–3 working days
- Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar — 3–4 working days
- All other cities and towns — 4–5 working days

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

SHIPPING CHARGES

- Flat delivery charge of Rs.250 on all orders
- FREE delivery on orders above Rs.8,000
- Cash on Delivery available nationwide

ORDER CONFIRMATION

For Cash on Delivery orders, our team will call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order before dispatch. If we cannot reach you within 2 working days, the order may be cancelled.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your parcel is dispatched, we send your tracking number by SMS and WhatsApp. You can track your order on the courier's website using that number.

DELAYS

Occasionally deliveries take longer due to weather, public holidays, courier backlogs or incomplete addresses. If your order is delayed, message us on WhatsApp at 03474555630, and we will track it for you personally.

- Please give a complete address with a nearby landmark — incomplete addresses are the number one cause of delays.
- Please make sure your phone number is correct and reachable.
