Welcome to miniMoccs. These terms apply to everyone who visits or buys from minimoccs.com. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them once.

miniMoccs is a Pakistani baby and kids' clothing brand operating from Islamabad, Pakistan.

2. USING THIS SITE
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to copy, scrape or republish its content without our written permission.
3. PRODUCTS, SIZES AND COLOURS
We do our best to describe and photograph every product accurately.
Please note that colours can appear differently on different screens and devices. Small variation between the photograph and the item you receive is normal and is not considered a defect.
Sizes follow the measurements published on our Size Guide. Because children of the same age vary considerably, we recommend choosing by height and weight rather than by age. If you are unsure, message us on WhatsApp before ordering — we would rather help you choose than process a return.
4. PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We may change prices, run promotions, or withdraw products at any time without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at the moment you place it.
All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order it, we will contact you to offer an alternative, a partial dispatch, or a full refund.
5. ORDERS
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted only when we confirm it and dispatch it.
For Cash on Delivery orders, our team will call or WhatsApp you to confirm before dispatch. If we cannot reach you within 2 working days, the order may be cancelled.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where:
- The product is out of stock or incorrectly priced
- We cannot verify the delivery address or contact number
- We suspect fraud, abuse, or repeated refusal of delivered parcels
- The order breaches these terms
If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund.
6. PAYMENT
We accept Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, and the online payment methods shown at checkout.
For Cash on Delivery, payment is made in full to the courier at the time of delivery. Parcels are not opened before payment; you may inspect the item after paying and, if something is wrong, raise it with us under our Return & Exchange Policy.
7. DELIVERY
Delivery times, charges and areas are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, public holidays, or an incomplete or incorrect address supplied by you.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
8. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable Pakistani consumer law.
9. PRODUCT SAFETY
Our clothing is made for children and must be used with normal parental care.
Please remove headbands, bows, hats, socks and any detachable accessory before a child sleeps or is left unattended, and check garments regularly for loose buttons, snaps or trims. Wash before first use, and follow the care instructions on the label and the product page.
We are not liable for injury or damage resulting from misuse, alteration, or failure to follow care and safety instructions.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The miniMoccs name, logo, site design, product photographs and written content are our property or are used with permission. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without our written consent.
If you send us a photo or review, you give us permission to display it on our website and social media, with credit where appropriate. Tell us if you would prefer we did not, and we will remove it.
11. REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT
Reviews must be honest and based on a genuine purchase. We do not edit or delete reviews because they are critical, but we may remove content that is abusive, false, off-topic, or that contains personal information.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or losses arising from the site being temporarily unavailable.
Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
Our site uses third-party services including Shopify, payment processors, courier companies and analytics providers. It may also link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties.
14. PRIVACY
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
16. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
